Staff were all amazing, hotel put on dinners and shows for Xmas and New Year, all the staff were involved and it was a lovely evening. The pools were lovely, breakfast was great and shuttle bus was perfect.

We are return guests and have stayed before. We do like the hotel, this time we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Room was fresh, clean and comfortable (although does lack any seating areas inside, has one by the private pool outside) Front office staff were wonderful and helped.once again with our deliveries from Lazada. Enjoyed the quality and variety at breakfast service. Housekeeping could be better - did not refill condiments on a couple of mornings and had to ask. Private pool was cold and could have been warmer.. but overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again in future

Loved this place! Clean, terrific breakfast, amazing pool(s), comfortable rooms, and very suitable for both couples and families. It's located a short walk away from the crowds and beach, but it's an easy and comfortable walk (or a $2 USD Grab ride). There are a lot of nice hotels/resorts in the area, but we would stay here again without giving it a second thought.

FIRST OF ALL - I was sceptical about other comments about paying for dirty towels etc. and wasnt sure if we want to book it but private pool made us book it and WE DO NOT REGRET! Nothing like that happened to us. Cleaning service was great, the place was clean. Breakfast was decent, some food was same everyday some was changing everyday - can't complain. Private pool is a nice touch. There was not much sun going in so the water was quite cold but after a day outside in the sun it was a very much needed place to cool down. All the essentials in a bathroom replacing everyday if needed as well as 2 bottles of water. There is shuttle to the beach if needed, didn't use it much but was handy when we did. Overall I would recommend this room. The location is good, the staff is good and its worth the price.

Fantastic location. Excellent Hotel, far exceeded our expectations. Its a little away from the beach (but the hotel provides regular free shuttle service to the beach and back). The area is quite, away from the hustle bustle of the street noise. And quite safe to walk around even with kids and family. My kids were absolutely blown away by the property. I think the pictures that you see on Booking.com does not do justice as to how good the place is. Its worth every penny. The rooms are just ultra spacious We were a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Both the rooms were very spacious. The staff was really courteous and the reception was well managed at all times. The shuttle ride from the hotel to the beach is also very well managed. Just that you need to inform the reception couple of hours before, so that they can slot you in on the next departure time. The swimming pool is also fantastic, quite big so it does not get crowded. The water is also quite clean. Overall a BIG 5 for the property and the overall experience.
